1. What is hosting?
In order for the public to view your website, you first have to house it on a server, accessible online 24 hours per day, seven days a week. It is in your interest to use a professionally set up server that is continously monitored and makes daily backups.

2. How much traffic am I allowed, is there a limit?
Depending on your package, you get 50 or 100 MB of free traffic per month, thereafter a minimal fee per MB is charged.

3. What is FTP?
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) allows us to upload/download files to and from your website.

4. Does my site get backed up?
All websites hosted on our servers are backed up on a 24 hours basis.

5. Are my files secure and will I have access to them?
Yes, you will be provided with FTP access to your website. Our servers are placed in a secure environment.
